Rob Booher, Owner
After graduating from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors degree in Landscape Horticulture, Rob set out to find a career in the Landscape Construction Field. Rob landed with the premier firm Hidden Creek Landscaping, where he spent over 10 years learning all aspects of the business from estimation to installation, to his final role of managing the construction division for the company. It is because of this knowledge and experience that he ultimately decided to take the leap and begin his own Design Build Company focusing on quality builds and true client satisfaction. Rob works tirelessly to ensure that every vision of his clients becomes a reality and a space they can enjoy for years with their family.
Tom Rieder, LIC, Director of Operations
Tom was hired in May of 2023 as Director of Operations. He is a skilled professional and industry expert, who brings over twenty-five years of experience in the landscape management industry. With a broad background in Commercial, Public and Estate care he has been able to develop strong customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction. Tom’s extensive leadership experience in building and maintaining client accounts has earned him a reputation for exceeding the expectations of all clients that he serves. Tom spends most of his free time with his family, volunteering in the community and coaching high school wrestling. He lives in the Hilliard area with my amazing wife Lisa and their two teenagers Emma, Andrew and three overactive labs!

Paula Russell, Office Manager
Paula is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in office management, construction coordination, and accounts payable/accounts receivable. With a career spanning several reputable organizations, Paula has demonstrated her commitment to excellence and is the backbone of Ottawa.
Paula’s educational foundation includes studies in Parks and Recreation at Muskingum Area Technical College, where she acquired valuable knowledge that contributes to her success in the landscaping and construction industry.
With a proven track record of leadership and expertise in office management, construction coordination, and account administration, Paula Russell is a valuable asset to the Ottawa team, bringing years of experience and a passion for excellence.
